The DMC-21x5 Series is a PCI-based motion controller designed for cost-sensitive applications requiring high-performance multi-axis control. Supporting up to 8 axes, it provides precise control of servo and stepper motors with advanced motion features, including linear and circular interpolation, contouring, electronic gearing, and ECAM.
This controller communicates via a high-speed PCI bus, ensuring fast and efficient data transfer. It features optically isolated inputs, dual encoder inputs per axis, and expandable I/O for added flexibility. Galil’s intuitive two-letter command language and GDK software suite simplify programming, setup, and tuning.
