The DMC-40x0 Series is a high-performance, stand-alone motion controller designed for precise multi-axis motion control applications. Supporting up to 8 axes, it provides advanced motion capabilities for servo and stepper motors, including linear and circular interpolation, contouring, electronic gearing, and ECAM.
This controller offers seamless communication with Ethernet and RS232 connectivity, ensuring smooth integration into networked automation systems. It features optically isolated inputs, dual encoder inputs per axis, and expandable I/O. The DMC-40x0 is programmed using Galil’s intuitive two-letter command system and is supported by the GDK software suite for setup and tuning.
