Electromate's wireless HMI lineup features Exor's cable-free handheld operator interfaces, designed for applications where unrestricted operator movement is essential. By eliminating the pendant cable, wireless HMIs reduce the risk of cable entanglement near moving components, minimize downtime from damaged cables, and allow operators to position themselves exactly where they need to be — during commissioning, setup, machine operation, or maintenance.
Each unit is safety-certified with an illuminated emergency stop and enabling switch, transmitting safety signals to the base station via Exor's "black channel" wireless communication technology — a secure protocol that maintains the safety loop even if the radio link is momentarily interrupted. Available in 5" and 7" formats, all models run JMobile software and pair with Exor's Xbase base station for a complete wireless safety system.
