The 2FGP20 palletizing gripper is designed specifically for cobot palletizing cells, providing stable parallel gripping for boxes and cases where repeatability and consistent placement are required. For metal handling applications, the MG10 magnetic gripper uses permanent magnet technology to grip ferromagnetic parts such as stamped components and sheet material, avoiding the need for mechanical clamping or vacuum.
Vacuum Grippers
OnRobot’s vacuum grippers support collaborative handling of boxes, cartons, and flat parts across a range of payloads. The VGP30 pneumatic vacuum gripper is intended for higher-payload palletizing and packaging applications, using compressed air to achieve lifting capacities up to 30 kg. For installations where compressed air is limited or not preferred, the VG10 electric vacuum gripper provides a self-contained solution with integrated suction cups and electrical actuation. A 20 kg payload vacuum gripper fills the mid-range gap, supporting general pick-and-place tasks in collaborative automation systems.
Robotic Tools for Process Applications
Beyond material handling, OnRobot offers end-of-arm tools that extend collaborative robots into light process operations. The multifunctional robotic screwdriver is designed for controlled fastening in collaborative assembly, providing torque-controlled screwdriving without external control hardware. For surface treatment tasks, the sander tool for collaborative robots supports sanding and polishing processes where controlled contact force and repeatable motion are required.
Tool Changing and Robot Extension
OnRobot’s tooling ecosystem also includes solutions for increasing robot flexibility and reach. The robot quick changer allows tools to be swapped manually or automatically, reducing downtime when multiple end-of-arm tools are used in a single cell. The dual quick changer enables two tools to remain mounted on the robot at once, eliminating intermediate tool changes and improving cycle time.
