The Six-Finger Centric SoftGripper from SoftGripping is a pneumatically actuated soft robotic gripper with six symmetrically arranged silicone fingers that close concentrically toward the center. This centric motion enables uniform radial force distribution and improved part stability when handling fragile, deformable, or irregularly shaped objects.
With six compliant contact points, the gripper increases grip redundancy compared to three-finger variants while maintaining gentle surface interaction. The fully silicone gripping structure contains no rigid mechanical joints at the contact interface, supporting adaptive form-fit gripping.
